International transfers
Some providers may store data outside the UK, including in the US. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: TBC.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and demo data for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then delete it. Specific retention periods: TBC.
